Has anyone else seen what O’Neill Plumbing is doing to the corner of California and Graham? They put razor wire all along the perimeter of the property where the sub shop used to be. It looks like a prison.

They’re using the site for storage. The razor wire is to keep criminals out. I don’t blame them.
