Jay walkers rant

Rant to all jaywalking WS residents. Having had many people cross mid-street in front of my car on a daily basis I’m beginning to think they’re none too smart. It is further complicated when it is dark and they most often are wearing dark clothes without any reflective wear. Please note you are exceptionally hard to see and don’t presume I can see you.
