We’re WEEKDAYS and we’re on a mission to help educators get paid fairly (with benefits!) and give children the chance to have a caring, personalized learning experience.

WEEKDAYS classrooms are early childhood education programs for children 1-6 years old–all home based programs that are within neighborhoods. We are looking for leads with experience within a preschool, or daycare setting and a passion for working with children, a focus on safety, and willingness for continuous learning. Our Montessori-inspired curriculum framework allows for both structure and freedom within the classroom, and get full support from the Program Director.

Requirements:

You must love working with infants and preschool aged children (0-2, 2.5-5 years old)
Lead teachers have credits/experience in childcare/education
Be able to communicate clearly with parents to build trust.
Be innovative, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
All programs are practicing a rigorous level of caution with COVID and we are looking for someone with the same level of caution to lead these classrooms.
