I have heard on more than 1 occasion about a group of adults (1 female & 2-3 males) roaming the junction area. I was told today that the woman was seen copping a squat on the side of an apartment building and washing her hair in a hose at a nearby business. They have also been passed out in a car that was parked in front of an building in the junction. Are people realy allowed to do this? I think peeing outside a building is a health hazard. Especially since there are kids around. I am not against people that are homeless. I know you have to do what you have to do sometimes and crap happens but isn’t there a line that shouldn’t be crossed? The cops have been called and they were just told to move along.
