So fairly new to fishing: wondering… Fishing on Sat @ Lincoln Park from shore 10/1/16 – what is out there/time of day to go/lure suggestions?

In the search bar right up top type in “Lincoln Park fishing” and you’ll get a lot of stories from here on the blog of what you can catch from the shore. Usually early morning is best for fishing but anytime is great,,,you’re outdoors getting fresh air.

I got this from Department of Fish & Wildlife for October, but this is just for Salmon, and not sure if it applies to fishing from shore, I know Lincoln is area 10 at least :) Puget Sound: Coho fishing will still be good in inner Puget Sound. Try Marine Areas 8, 9, 10 and 11

Any other current advice out there? However, I did not see anyone fishing yesterday afternoon, so maybe that answers my question :)
