Fall nanny needed for 3 year old and 5 year old children in Admiral neighborhood
Start date: late August, early Sept. TBC
About our family: Hello! We are looking for a nanny to come to our home and care for our children this fall – Sept., Oct., Nov. and Dec.- with potential to extend through winter 2021. We live in the Admiral neighborhood of West Seattle and also have a dog. My husband and I will be at the house working remotely in offices while the nanny is here with our children. Our children have always been in daycare and we pulled them in March due to daycare closures and COVID concerns, and this summer they are home with our nanny who is returning to college at the end of August. Of note: we are unsure of exact hours for this position as we await to hear Seattle Public School district’s plan for the year. Our older child (5) is enrolled in kindergarten in the fall, and will be doing either 1) a hybrid of in-person school a few days per week or 2) all online learning, so we are looking for this nanny to help with remote learning as needed as well as care for our toddler.
Pay: DOE ($18/hr one child, $20 two children)
Paid time off: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day
