My experience is mixed:
On the upside, they come once a week to both pick up and haul away a bin that gets filled from walks. The guy who is the local contractor is nice enough & good with our dog.
On the downside, the owner Tom Arndt is very unresponsive. He doesn’t reply to phone calls or email if you have a problems or they miss a week.
We are billed a total of $44 each cycle for one dog all year round. There is always a $4 gas surcharge, and I can’t tell if I’m charged by the per month rate or per week rate as advertised on the web site.
