Dispatcher Needed – Auto Transport

Full-Time Dispatcher needed for a growing Auto Transport business based in West Seattle. This position will involve working closely with our Internal Operations Dispatcher, Company Owner and Office team to ensure our clients’ transport orders are received and dispatched for transport on company or subhauler trucks, as well as provide administrative dispatch support. Tasks will require a high degree of attention to detail and will include organizing all incoming transport orders, posting on load boards, working with subhaulers to negotiate pricing and confirm pick up and delivery timing, as well as being proactive in communicating transport updates to clients and updating internal spreadsheets for invoicing.

The ideal candidate would have at least 2 – 3 years experience in an office setting, be organized and ‘logistically-minded’ with the ability to type quickly and compose professional correspondence, comfortable speaking on the phone with clients and vendors, multi-task and work independently, along with familiarity with the following:

Mac operating systems
Office Suite (Especially Word and Excel)
Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Drive)
Adobe Acrobat Pro
Quickbooks

We are a small, dynamic team who is looking to grow with the right candidate.
$42K+ per year (based on experience) with room for growth.
