I bought a BIG jar of banana peppers (the kind they use at Subway)at Cash and Carry. What is a good use for using the juice that comes in the jar. Like pickle juice. There is a lot in that big jar. Seems a waste to pour it down the frain. Any suggestions?

You can pickle other fresh veg in it. Or make deviled eggs, potato salads.

Then here’s a link for ideas on how to repurpose pickle juice. Can easily use pepper juice instead: http://www.seriouseats.com/2011/07/a-gazillion-ways-to-use-leftover-pickle-juice.html.

carrots, cauliflower, onions, peppers, a little garlic. Green beans, asparagus, whatever else you may like pickled (good for bloody mary’s). Or use it in cole slaw with a bit of mayo and sugar mixed in. Or mix it w/ oil and vinegar and dijon for an interesting salad dressing.

Wonder how it would be with a pork roast..while cooking? I love banana peppers…yummmm…
