I am looking for a phone for my brother who is too poor to buy a new one. His is now only partly functional. Do you have a functional one sitting around that you aren’t using anymore that he could have? He would appreciate it much!

At&t go phone pay as you go hand sets will work with your old sim card. They can be purchased safeway. For 10 bucks you can get a functional communication device with no contract.
