As noted here last week, 99 closures will be in the Sunday-Thursday 9 pm-5 am overnight pattern for most weeks, for the next couple months. With some exceptions. Example, here’s our list for the next eight days:

This week’s road closures: 99/Viaduct, Spokane St. Viaduct, I-90/Blue Angels

Since the Spokane St. Viaduct has a couple overnight partial closures coming up, the 99 closures will skip those nights.

Otherwise, the non-regular 99 closures (like the one tonight) are usually announced a week or so in advance – we had first word of this weekend’s plan on July 19th. The very first place they USUALLY appear is this melding of city/state closures:

We watch these things very closely and always strive to publish first word of major closures as soon as we spot them somewhere.
