Wednesday and Thursday’s low-low tide will be out to -3.0 feet – 10:20 am Wednesday, 11:07 am Thursday.

That’s a Christmas anemone (aka painted or mottled anemone) hanging down under the annoying force of gravity with its tentacles retracted.
