3:25 PM: Responders report everyone is out of the one vehicle that crashed, so they’re downsizing the response. … They’re calling for help cleaning up a fuel spill.
Those first rains after long dry spells can be very dangerous worth it to slow down keep your distance and take transit if able. Be careful out there. 
Worth noting additionally the on ramp from south bound 99 to west seattle bridge and this off ramp are both used by king county metro rapid transit, I have to wonder with those buses in addition to all vehicles how much oil is daily left behind on this curved roadway with cars traveling 30 to 40 mph. .
