Thanks to Rose for the photo and report: “On Delridge on-ramp a tree has fallen. It is completely blocking. A crew is working on it right now but bike commuters will likely have to head towards Chelan Cafe and head south from there.”

Thank you for the photo and the update. After all the work on the safety rail for bikers that the sidewalk is still very uneven and there was no attempt to clear the blackberries and ivy hanging over onto the bike path I don’t get it
This is what happens when your city’s transportation department is staffed by people who know nothing more than cars, cars and more cars and prioritize projects accordingly.
Railing looks nice but to high…when traveling south and passing an oncoming bike it would be easy to catch your handlebars on the fence…outcome could be tragic..
