In case you haven’t seen this in our calendar, last call for Sunday’s all-day boating-safety class presented by the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary in West Seattle, 8:30 am-5 pm at the Veterans’ Center (3618 SW Alaska): “This course qualifies all those who successfully complete it to get a Washington State Boater Education Card. Great for families, couples, and friends who boat together.” $35 per person – and there’s still room; go here to sign up.
