West Seattle food news: The Swinery sets reopening date

Thanks to food correspondent (as well as photojournalist par excellence) Christopher Boffoli for pointing this out: Swinery proprietor Gabriel Claycamp just announced on Facebook that his West Seattle store is reopening April 1st. It’s been closed about four weeks for remodeling that involved required electrical work.

I’m hoping this addition of the kitchen to this site doesn’t stink up my neighborhood. Nothing worse than the smell of pork when already averse to the food AND pregnant!

I for one am very un pregnant and greatly looking forward to having such an outstanding source for food opening back up in My neighborhood! I’ve been jonesing for some proper bacon since I went cold ham on the stuff a month ago, and I have very much missed getting lunch there in the past few weeks.
