  And if they’re not stealing them, they’re vandalizing them. A couple of weeks ago, my wife saw almost twenty cars in a row with their windows shattered in/around the Westwood/Barton/Henderson area.

  Why don’t the Seattle Police use those bait cars (that conk out and lock in the thieves only moments after the car is stolen) that I’ve seen to many times on “Cops” and other shows. Seems like they could leave them in the highest crime areas.
