What is the plan for people living in unauthorized encampments?

the short answer.. there is no plan
every moved encampment will simply dump more homeless people on the street…

i am sorry. i apparently didn’t get the link to an article in the stranger posted and have been a bit under the weather so even when i noticed i didn’t have the wherewithal to go source it.
still don’t :(

but ledgescha is right.. there is no plan.. at least not one that can be implemented today
