Anyone have any recs for which pilates studio to go to? I can’t find anything online about the one in the Morgan Junction, Pilates al dente. (except for brief mentions here on WSB) I am looking for 1 on 1 instruction in the early am.
There is one by PCC on California. It is called Reflexion Pilates Studio. She even gives discounts for cash. I do private lessons once a week. Very reasonable. Jennifer is my instructor.
I see Jody at Pilates al Dente. She works mornings and is really great! She kicks my butt! :-)She is avrage priced for the area. The only other place besides Reflexion that I know of is Aloha Pilates near Charlston.
