Accounting/Bookkeeper

Elliott Bay Brewing Co. is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Accounting/Bookkeeper to join our team. The Accounting/Bookkeeper is responsible for data entry, daily books, preparing reports and follows bookkeeping procedures established by Elliott Bay Brewing Co.

Duties include, but not limited to:

– Maintain up to date and well-organized filing system
– Store level daily books
– A/P processing
– Complete general data entry, journal entries and month-end tasks
– Assist accounting manager with overflow, special projects and day-to-day tasks

Qualifications and Skills:

– 2-4 years of experience in Bookkeeping
– Familiar with Accounting standard concepts, practices, and procedures
– Advanced computer skills – Excel, Word, Outlook
– Able to learn new or custom applications quickly and easily
– Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
– Maintain excellent rapport with vendors, supervisors, and colleagues
