9:38 PM: Police checking out multiple reports of suspected gunfire have just told dispatchers they’ve confirmed it – finding an SUV that was hit. It’s reported to be on 31st SW near SW Morgan. No report of any injuries.
9:51 PM: Officers also have reported finding “casings east of the intersection.”
Way TOO much gunfire happening everywhere. Leave your guns at home! and have some self control.
I heard five shots around 9:20 and called the police. It sounded like it was on Sylvan Way. It was really loud and deliberate. This is happening too often over here. We need more police patrol over this way. Gunshots happening almost every week.
I heard to shots. 9:21 by the time on my phone. Was not 100% sure it was gunfire. I couldn’t tell which direction the sound was from. So sad how violent things have gotten in West Seattle and every where else. Makes me think twice about going out. I need to get gas but decided to put it off until tmro because I didn’t want to be waiting for my car to fill up at 8:30 at night. Hopefully the new city council will be more inclined to promote people being held accountable and we need to pay attention to which judges are releasing criminals when they appear in court after the police have arrested them.
