I thought this was common knowledge, but maybe not….  Don’t make a right turn on red if there are cars coming / you can’t see if cars are coming due to a curve in  the road.  Almost rear-ended someone (and I was going the speed limit) who turned right on red in front of me.   Everyone should be even more cautious in this weather…..

Agree.  I am always super cautious when turning right on red and won’t do it if I can’t see completely.  I have been honked at before, but oh well.

Sam,  People now days do what-ever they want, there is no accountability for anything that anybody does anymore.  I drive more defensively anymore just so I don’t get hit even if I have the right of way.  I take no chances as some of these people just come bombing through right or wrong.  Or the ones who bob and weave in and out of traffic, I let them get a head of me just so I don’t have to have them behind me coming so close to my bumper.  I drive less traveled roads anymore just because of it.  Coming home last night my husband says lets take West Marginal way ( a road that I hate)  he was driving.  As we were approaching almost to the West Seattle Bridge up behind us comes a fast car who goes around us into the next lane, then pops back into our lane, then back over.  I told my husband and that is why I do not like this road.  Along with all of the shootings and crashes.

Sorry, comment time is over.
