Or at least you would have to assume that’s why yet another station — 35th/Avalon 7-11, in this case — just swapped out its manual priceboard for something electronic:

    Speaking of ups and downs, I bought premium gas at 7-11 while they were installing the new sign Wednesday morning for $3.29/gal. Now it’s back up to $3.30/gal. Maybe they need to pay for the new sign????
