WSBKeymasterI know many venue websites are indeed sadly devoid of details … if there were intensive calendars of events, it would make our calendarizing life much easier. Did you at least figure out which ones DO have trivia? If not, I can list some of the ones that have notified us for our events calendar.
Meantime, if you don’t know this, while websites tend to get neglected, more than a few venues do post topical information (albeit often last-minute) to their Facebook pages.

mightymoParticipantI’ve used this website in the past and it seems to be mostly up to date:
.
And if it isn’t then at least it’s crowd-sourced and you can post an update.

addParticipantBeveridge Place Pub has trivia nights on Wednesdays (at least they have in the past, not sure if they still do it?).

ElizabethElaineParticipantLet me clarify. I don’t need to know which bars do trivia nights (that I can find out from their websites and quiznight.net) but rather more details ABOUT their trivia nights from people who have gone to them.
For example, trivia at the Skylark is $3 a person, teams of no more than 6, and they do a current events round, one round that is chosen by the previous week’s last place team, and two other rounds that vary each week.
That being said, anyone who has gone to any of the following trivia nights, please help me figure out more details:
The Bridge
Celtic Swell
Beverage Place
Feedback Lounge
Talarico’s
…and any others you know of in West Seattle.
Thanks!

jmksMemberIf I remember correctly~
Feedback: 5$/team; rock music trivia, 4 rounds of 10 questions each, very laid back and good humored crowd
Celtic Swell: 2$/person; 4 rounds of 10 questions each with a different topic for each round, good mix of topics but no real theme, bit more serious than @feedback.
Been a while since I’ve attended so don’t quote me on the costs!

GarysinkMemberBeverIDGE Place Trivia night is Wed 8-10pm.
Cost is $2/person with a max of 6 on a team.
4 rounds of 10 questions each, then a bonus round where you figure out the theme in the answers.
One round is a “topic” from the prior last place team, other rounds vary week to week, including weird ones like “family feud” style questions, anagrams, and fill-in-the-punch-line. FUN!

TUESDAYS The Bridge starts at 8:30 also with 2$ per player with a limit of 8ppl per team, with an 80- 20 split for 1st and 2nd place. Tecate $2.50 and $5 jagers last place gets to pick next weeks round. There are 4 rounds ten questions each.

saltwaterParticipantMondays at 7:00 PM Christo’s on Alki. $2 buy in; not sure if there’s a limit on team size. Usually 4 rounds of 10-12 questions: Current Events/General Knowledge, Movie & TV trivia, Sports, and a wild card round (host chooses it and it’s not known beforehand). Occasionally they’ll do 5-6 rounds, which will include a ‘speed round’ or two – time limit to list 10-12 items. 1st Prize gets the pot!
