Does anyone know why the street is blocked off by Barton and 16th? A lot of police presence and on 17th as well.

Sorry we were late on that, long-running community meeting took us away from the desk. Man allegedly threatened to shoot his girlfriend. She got out of apartment OK. He is still inside and SWAT officers are trying to get him out. In fact … per police radio, he is surrendering at this moment.
