Another option: I have two barrels that I converted to rain barrels that I am really wanting to give away. They have out flow top and bottom. Please take them away.

Very tempted timeslid! I have one and possibly looking for another….why do you want to get rid of them? Do they leak at all? What neighborhood do you live in?

I made the barrels from empty softdrink 55 gallon plastic barrels that I got from a distributor in Georgetown about 8 years ago. They don’t leak and the only reason I am getting rid of them is that I was given three city rain barrels from a neighbor and I like the brown color better than the white of my homemade ones. I am in the northern tier of W.S.

Maybe you could Spray paint them brown! EZ, costs about $3.50 per can for plastic paint. Just my two cents.

I’m glad to take rain barrels as well. Would love to capture more water for gardening.
