celeste17ParticipantHave you tried AA Party Rental? We used them a lot when I worked for a Hotel. My other suggestion is that you have your guests bring a chair. True they won’t match but wouldn’t it make a laugh for your guests?
I found this site:

datamuseParticipantWe used R&R Party Rentals for my wedding last August. They’re a Bellevue-based firm. They did drop off, set up, strike, and pick up all on the same day though I think there was an extra charge for that. Chairs were $2.60 apiece but we were using wooden chairs, plastic would probably be cheaper. They also charge extra if the chairs have to be carried more than a certain distance from the truck; we were using the north picnic shelter in Seahurst Park so there was a fee for that.

WSJMemberI second the vote for R&R. We used them for our outdoor wedding on the UW campus in 2005. They came out and set up the chairs and took them down for us all in one day (a Sunday). We also had to pay extra, but it was worth it as we were short on wedding day help from family and friends.

WSJMemberI should also mention that the delivery guy was really helpful. He did a great job setting up the chairs in a specific pattern, while still keeping them in line. He was well deserving of his tip.
