WEATHER + SUNRISE/SUNSET TIMES

Same forecast as the past few days! Some frosty fog again this morning, then again mostly cloudy, and again becoming sunny, again with a high in the mid-40s. Today’s sunrise will be at 7:41 am, while sunset will be at 4:18 pm.

TRANSIT

Water Taxi today Regular service today.

Washington State Ferries today – 2-boat service on the Triangle Route with M/V Issaquah and M/V Cathlamet, plus M/V Sealth as the “ghost boat.” Check here for last-minute changes.

ROAD WORK/CLOSURES

*Beach Drive gas-pipeline work continues for at least another month – here’s our update.

*The Admiral Way Bridge seismic project continues; the south half of the bridge is closed, with one lane each way on the north side. Fairmount Avenue remains closed beneath the bridge.

*The Delridge pedestrian-bridge earthquake-safety project also continues, with narrowing at Delridge/Oregon. (We’re checking with SDOT to find out how this is going.)

*Friday night/early Saturday closure planned for the Highway 99 tunnel – details here.

    Pea soup fog isn’t keeping people from using the center lane to pass folks going the posted speed limit. Stay safe out there.

      Doesn’t seem to be getting people to turn on their headlights either.
