Job Position: Sales & Marketing Fashion Assistant

Farinaz is a Seattle-based fashion designer specializing in women’s shirts. Her collections celebrate every woman’s strength and beauty, empowering women everywhere to express their sense of style, confidence and intellect while underscoring classic elegance. In this role, you will support Farinaz, with business operations and personal matters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Inventory management: maintain accurate inventory records, organize warehouse inventory
· Line sheet creation and update
· Sales outreach: identify, reach out, and follow-up with potential retailers and buyers,
· Marketing: create and post content regularly on Instagram and Facebook while maintaining the brand voice, create paid Ads, design and send e-newsletters
· Order fulfillment: assist in shipping samples and orders to customers
· Communicate with current customers and business partners in a professional manner

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Enrolled or a recent graduate of a fashion-related field (design, merchandising, marketing)
· Understanding of high-end branding and design in terms of content creation
· Proficient organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
· Graphic design skills and knowledge of Canva and/or Photoshop
· Meticulous and detail-oriented
· Outstanding time management skills: working to a deadline, working independently
· Eager to grow and take on new responsibilities

Additional Information:

· Hourly wage of $18 – $22 subject to experience
