celeste17ParticipantWe have a possible sighting. One of my neighbors emailed me today to say she thinks she saw Miss Kitty at a neighbors house yesterday. I have gone over and called and looked but didn’t see or hear from her. But know the neighbors and will talk with them tonight.

funkietooParticipantCeleste…do you want me to bring over a couple of traps? If Miss Kitty is disoriented, she will not come to your voice.
Ask the neighbor if they will put out food at a certain, twice a day, in a somewhat protected place. If Miss Kitty starts eating there, then we can set the humane traps. Sending good kitty thoughts your way. Call me, Teri

celeste17ParticipantHi Teri, you confused me with the name. LOL! I talked with my neighbor tonight and she hasn’t seen Miss Kitty. She says that if a stray cat was in her yard her cat would let her know. Her cat is very protective about his yard. I am going to go over during the day tomorrow and look again. There are so many places for her to hide their she could be right in front of me and I might not see her. Problem with the traps is she has cats and they are mostly outdoor cats.

LeroniusmonkfishMemberceleste17 – Do you know of any neighbors that have been out of town for the past week? I went into my garage today and there was an extremely scared cat waiting for me to open the garage door. I’ve been in and out for the past few days so not sure when he/she got in but am assuming when I got home last night. I sometimes leave for a week or so at a time so luckily the temps here in AZ are not what they were a month ago. A friend of mine had a cat go missing for 2 months and when the next door neighbor got home from one of their other out of state homes the cat showed up. It was not in the best of health obviously after that amount of time but survived.

celeste17ParticipantI don’t believe any of my neighbors are on vacation. I had thought of something like that myself. I just hope wherever she is that she is warm and dry. Pretty nasty rain the last couple of days.
