Seattle Fire Department’s Medic 2 bystander CPR training program is excited to announce a partnership with Seattle Parks and Recreation to host community CPR classes at community centers throughout the city.

Medic 2 hosts community CPR classes every month for individuals to attend. Typically, the classes are held exclusively at Seattle Fire headquarters in Pioneer Square. This partnership allows us to host community CPR classes at different locations in the city, making them more accessible for everyone.

In a Medic 2 CPR class, you will learn potentially life-saving skills of how to perform CPR, use an AED and choking intervention techniques.

February’s community CPR classes are as listed:

Rainier Community Center – Saturday, Feb. 8, 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Seattle Fire Department Headquarters – Sunday, Feb. 9, 9-11:30 a.m.
Dakota Place Park – Monday, Feb. 10, 5:15-7:45 p.m.
Seattle Fire Department Headquarters – Wednesday, Feb. 26, 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Sign up for a class by filling out the CPR training form on our website.
