1 year management experience in specialty coffee
2 years experience working on a high volume espresso bar
Strong leadership and team building skills
Responsible for hiring, scheduling, training, and motivating staff
Ability to create a warm and welcoming customer experience and work environment
Manage store operations: ordering, inventory, equipment and cleanliness
Available to work flexible hours and maintain consistent punctuality
Passion for upbeat genuine connections with customers
Enjoy a high volume, fast paced, smooth flowing work environment

Baristas:
