Seeking a place of refuge from the busyness of daily life? Yin yoga weaves together South Asian yogic practices with the wisdom of Taoism and Chinese Medicine, offering a rich container grounded in the seasons and elements. Whether you want to stretch your body, work with your energy, soothe your mind, or drop into a place of wisdom and intuition, Yin yoga offers something for everyone!

Led by yoga guide Katey Peck, expect time to arrive and ground, an intentional asana practice (generally 4-6 gentle postures, held for several minutes each), and extended integration time with soundbath. Instruments usually include metal and crystal bowls, large symphonic gongs, ocean drum, and chimes.

No yoga or soundbath experience required! This offering celebrates and is adaptable to all bodies, experiences, and needs. Each 90-minute class is $25. Class packages are also available.
