The event includes a raffle (including registration for two to the historical society’s Spring Gala and a $100 Gift Card to the West Seattle Nursery), a chance to meet and mingle with SWSHS members, and a first look at the 2024-2025 exhibit – Seattle’s Forest: The West Duwamish Greenbelt.

The Southwest Seattle Historical Society, which owns and operates the Log House Museum, was founded in 1984 by community volunteers. Today, the volunteer and member powered organization has a mission to promote inclusive local history through education, preservation, and advocacy.
