Join us for the next in our continuing FRED Talks – Fresh, Relevant, Educational and Dynamic – at Kol HaNeshamah, 6115 SW Hinds, Sunday, May 3rd, 3 PM for fun, frolicking, female focused comedy!

Jake Fawcett, your charming host, will start the afternoon off with the “Magic Yarmulke”: put your name in the magic yarmulke and be one of four people drawn from the audience to tell a story, share a “show & tell” or tell your best joke. You never know what can happen with the Magic Yarmulke! Four minutes each.

Next our Featured Guest: recently back from her West Coast tour with Comedy Womb, Connie Burk will bring her comedy stand-up to KHN. From parenting to life insurance to sex positive culture, Connie keeps it 100. Comedy Womb is a group of up-and-coming female comics who practice “hate-free” comedy. Connie has also performed her stand-up routine in WISECRACK, a showcase of Seattle’s most daring wits and subversive side-splitters who can tickle your funny bone AND your frontal lobes.
