Yes, for some reason TV thinks this is helicopter-worthy, according to the desk dispatch we heard via scanner.
It was backed up all the way from NB-I5 Exit onto the WS Bridge at 4:30. I opted to take the Lower Bridge once I was able to get to it. What a mess. This is the second time this week I have had to take the lower bridge because the WS Bridge was so backed up. Never did see what the hold up was the other day?
