6:52 AM: Good morning – it’s back to work and back to school post-holiday. Nothing major on the outbound routes so far.

9 AM: A relatively quiet commute – the afternoon still carries a chance of thunderstorms, forecasters say, so we’ll be on weather watch throughout the day as well as traffic watch.
