I am looking for green walnuts to forage. I have heard there are walnut trees in our fair city and by next weekend I need a few pounds of green walnuts in order to participate in a Noccino making workshop (sponsored by Slow Food Seattle). Noccino is an Italian green walnut
liquer.
I’ve never done this before so I’m not quite sure what it entails but I’m guessing it’s mainly finding a tree and then figuring out how to gather
the nuts.
