We have just had parking put in for our house. We live on a tiny street with no street parking, so we moved a retaining wall and had space for 3 cars made. No sooner had we done this than people starting parking in our spots. This happens at least 3 times a week. These aren’t our neighbours, they all have driveways. I think they are people visiting houses on the street below ours and a business nearby. It is really frustrating. What can we do? How does towing from personal property work?
