I realize that many items are place in parking strips for free around West Seattle, but in the abscense of a ‘FREE’ sign, the item is not free. I had my daughter’s play slide taken from the parking strip of 36th Ave. SW last night, and would appreciate it if the person with Spring FREEver would kindly return it.
