Salty’s on Alki is gearing up for it’s rocking summer season and we want you to join our team. Come work on the water with the best view of the city in the city.

Salty’s seeks a Friendly, Warm, Smiling, and Energetic Individual to be a leader of our Front Desk Team. If you have a passion for quality service and are you eager to learn and develop your career we want to hear from you.

As a member of our Front Desk Team you will be responsible for warmly greeting our guests as they arrive, promptly seating them at one of our 106 stunning view tables, and graciously thanking them upon their departure.

Previous full service restaurant experience required. Experience with Open table preferred.

Pay is $14-$15 per hour (this includes our restaurant tip pool).

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in restaurants
WA State Food Handler’s Permit
Quality organizational, planning and multi-tasking skills
Positive and enthusiastic attitude

Responsibilities

Managing reservations
Fielding phone inquiries
Supervising front desk staff
Facilitating an exquisite dining experience
