RAVE: O'Neill Plumbing

Thank you to everyone for the recommendations on plumbers here in WS. I was unable to get an immediate appt with the first recommendation and he politely referred me to O’Neill which I also read about here. John showed up in the specified amount of time, explained what he was doing every step of the way and did solve the problem after a few hours. Yes the pricing was, let’s just say I’m in the wrong business, a bit much but it was no more than the rates I was quoted by another “frequently recommended plumber”. Breaking up rates in 15 minute increments still adds up to the same price per hour, so I don’t buy into that. Regardless, HUGE kudos to O’Neill’s team, they even said they keep record of all of their work so when I call them back in the spring to replace a pipe we identified as “on its way out” they’ll know the story. I do recommend O’Neill for your plumbing needs, paying for quality matters and plumbing is an industry where you want it done right the first time.
