I just had a great experience with Hans VW on 35th Ave SW. I needed a new battery which they replaced-at the same time they found that one of the brake lights was out(I had no idea) so they fixed that-at no charge!Everyone was friendly & courteous. I like passing along positive feedback regarding our local businesses.

Thanks for the post. I have a passat in the family that has issues, and i keep taking it to the dealership in Auburn. I will check these volks out.

I took my jetta there I used to have for a replacement transmission. The transmission ran really bad and tried to take it back a couple of times. They said it was my fault! They never took responsibility for fixing it right. Never took my vw there after that. New battery fine, new transmission or anything major, no.
