Slow draining tub and toilet. Never have used a plumber. Any recommendations for someone honest, affordable and knowledgeable?

All plumbers are expensive so even for a call out to investigate it is going to cost but I have had Bee’s Plumbing out to my home for something similar and they were honest and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need.
