nwgardeningParticipantI’m just curious – are there any fans of Diana Gabaldon’s Outlander series of books here?

PangolinPieParticipantYes!! How funny; just last night I was telling someone that I thought she would like those books. I have read them all except the Lord John Grey series. Good stuff. I liked the first three in the series the best, then started to find them a bit slow, but still readable.

nwgardeningParticipantI didn’t know anything about the books until I read “The Scottish Prisoner.” I liked it and was interested in finding more by that author. I’ve since read the series and enjoyed them a lot. Did you know that a TV series is being made of the books? It starts in August on STARZ.

nwgardeningParticipantThe trailers look really good. They seem to have done a good job with casting. And Scotland is a great location to shoot in.
