Would appreciate any recommendations for places that do oil changes in West Seattle that you trust. Thank you!

I now use Tom’s Automotive exclusively. They’re not cheap but the work they’ve done on my vehicle has been done right the 1st time and i’m confident in simply getting in and going because i’ve never had an issue.

Trust? It’s an oil change! What is your concern? Jiffy Lube or a mechanic pick one they all do it! If you have a VW go to Hans. I think going to Toms for an oil change is unnecessary spending.

Same as AA says Jiffy Lube has been around forever Les Schwab may even do them, I know they do brake jobs.

Dere Auto. Great customer service. They return calls promptly, are honest about what they cannot fix, are friendly and have reasonable prices. Located on 35th Ave S.W.

aa. Trust. Last time at Jiffy lube(MANY years ago) i left and got on I5 to visit family. LUCKILY i had an oil pressure gage and saw my oil pressure drop. Got to the side and had to be towed. Turns out they hadn’t tightened the nut on the pan. It had come off and drained all my oil on the freeway. Went back the next day and spoke to the manager. He basically accused me of trying to get a “freebe”. Won’t EVER go there again. There are a lot of good auto repair businesses and YES trust is important even for an oil change.
