Our Work & Mission: Founded in 2016, Journeymen is a 501c3 non-profit organization based in Puget Sound, WA with the mission to encourage compassionate, inspired and resilient young men through nature-based rites of passage, mentorship, and community engagement.
In 2022 we launched our One Village Initiative to expand our work to youth of all genders. The mission of One Village is to create cultures of belonging through transformational experiences and leadership training for youth and their people.
Role Overview: Our Office Manager | Executive Assistant is primarily responsible for managing our day-to-day operations across our physical and digital workspaces. Our ideal candidate thrives through their organizational skills, prioritization and execution of processes and tasks, and facilitating excellent communication within a team.
