NEWSFLASH….from the North Pole

As some of you may have guessed I’m Irish 100% born and bred. Now as my birth right I have 24 hour access to Larry Mc Murphy the Leprechaun in chief.

Anyway Larry called today and said he was talking to his buddy, Eddie the Elf(assistant to the assistant master elf who in turn is assistant to Santas head elf)who said that all the preparations in the North Pole are going as planned. They are not anticipating any delay in takeoff on Christmas Eve. All the reindeer have been fitted with snow hoofs and the sled has new brakes.

He added that all the boys and girls should be in bed early on Christmas eve and to please leave out extra food for Rudolph and the boys. Santa apparently is on the Nutrisystem diet but will make exception for really good pies.

I ask you all to pass on this message to all the boys and girls who are waiting for the big man’s arrival.

P.S. Not happy about not getting to go to Portland to see the family tomorrow, either. Freezing rain? That’s so ’98.

um yes, Dell does use UPS, they just can get the product out the door…you have a stock issue dell.com? Don’t you make the damned things? Silly of me to think it would be better to buy direct; should have gone to Best Buy. Sorry, ellenator, that sucks.

No, it’s not stolen. Fed-X is just dumb. 5 trucks passed me on my way down the hill. I think they just drive around town looking busy. I’ve yet to see anyone get out of a truck. Maybe they’re remote control trucks. Or maybe they’re sad that the UPS guys are cuter. At least when all is said and done I’ll have a MacBook and not a Dell. ;)
