Met Market fooled me!

This week they are having a sale on ground beef, good price higher fat content then I usually buy. Now that I’ve cooked it and poured off grease three times (more than bacon!)I’m thinking they made this sale batch an even higher fat to meat ratio so their cost wasn’t so high. What was supposed to be a good price on ground beef turned put to be high priced fat with a bit of beef. Gross greasy meat. Don’t buy it!

haha, too late, I didn’t notice a sale but did notice the big difference in price. I will see what happens when I cook it.

The fat has all the flavor. Hamburger without fat is dry and flavorless.
