    Looking for someone that is qualified to determine if wall is load bearing and accomplish or recommend someone for removal.

    We have used a local west seattle contractor for a major remodel on our old home and work on our new one before we moved in. He is great and reasonably priced. Here is his contact info

    Thanks for the input. Has anyone used J&M remodel or Homeserve Seattle both located in West Seattle? Any input would be appreciated.
